If you MavTemp is working remotely or from an alternate location, your department may provide the necessary supplies and equipment to support their job duties - if deemed appropriate.
Departments are responsible for tracking, distributing, and collecting all UTA-owned property at the start and end of the assignment.
Remote Work Agreements (RWAs) and any other flexible work documentation must be completed by the hiring manager and the MavTemp employee before remote work begins. All RWAs and associated documents must be sent to [email protected].
Reminder: All university equipment must be returned at the end of the assignment - it remains the property of UTA.
