participants will explore the foundational skills and knowledge needed to grow as emerging supervisors. While completing the program does not guarantee a supervisory role, it provides valuable preparation for those interested in pursuing an entry-level leadership position in the future.
This program is an opportunity to strengthen your leadership potential, build confidence, and connect with peers across campus as you take the first steps on your leadership journey.
