Process & Participation

Recognition should be genuine, meaningful, and based on UTA Shared Values.

Participants can highlight others’ exceptional achievements, efforts, and character.

As a guide, write 2-3 short paragraphs. Refer to the UTA Shared Values behaviors and the Mav Up MVP Education Resources.


Supervisors do have access to a Dashboard component within the Mav Up MVP platform, to learn more about navigating the dashboard feature reference the Mav Up MVP Educational Resources, under Program Information.

In addition the Employee Engagement team within Talent, Culture, and Engagement will distribute quarterly reports to the Vice Presidents and Deans.
