Status Update - Summer 2025

For SEHIP, faculty and staff workshops on on-campus employment were recently recorded and published for easy access. The first Student Employee Success Series (S.E.S.S.) session was piloted in December, receiving positive initial feedback. Preparation is underway to launch the full five-session series by March 2025.

The Division of Student Affairs announced the fall 2025 pilot launch of the Mavs GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) program—an expansion of ongoing efforts to enhance student employment as a high impact practice. Led by the Career Development Center, Mavs GROW will provide a structured framework to help student employees reflect on and connect their on-campus work to their academic and career goals.

This pilot is a foundational step toward scaling Mavs GROW into a campus-wide initiative by Spring 2026.
