Status Update - Summer 2025

Key capital projects—including UTA West, Maverick Hall, Life Science, and the University Center—are progressing on schedule. The UTA West Storefront Ribbon Cutting occurred July 24, 2025. Design work for UTA West is halfway complete, with the RFQ/RFP process for the Hotel and Conference Center ready to launch. Third-party housing is pending Board of Regents approval in August, and discussions with Wexford continue on the Research Park initiative.
