Mission Statement: The Black Student Social Work Alliance (BSWSA) is a student organization aimed at putting NASW values into action. We strive to support the educational development of Black social work students across both undergraduate and graduate levels while promoting their academic, social, and psychological growth through connections with peers, campus resources, and their communities. Our overall goal is to foster a sense of belonging and increase engagement among students residing on and around campus, as well as those attending online.

Mission Statement:  The Mission of the Queer Social Work Association (TQSWA) is to further advocate for LGBTQ+ equality, equity, and inclusion, as well as to diminish the existence of social injustice experienced by the LGBTQ+ community at micro, macro, and mezzo systems.

Mission Statement: The Social Work Council’s (SWC) goal is to connect UTA's social work students (undergraduate, graduate and PhD) to their campus.
