International Orientation Dates

International Orientation is offered exclusively for our new International Students to assist with your transition to Texas and the UTA community.

International Student Orientation is required for all new international students at The University of Texas at Arlington. This experience provides a comprehensive introduction to UTA and life on campus, with a focus on topics important to international students such as health insurance, immigration requirements, student employment, and campus resources. You’ll also connect with fellow international Mavericks, engage with Maverick Orientation Leaders, receive academic advising, and take important steps toward starting your academic journey at UTA.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that in order to receive a refund, requests must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled Orientation or Maventure Camp session. This time frame is essential as it allows us to finalize accurate attendee counts and logistical arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
