MavMarket Vendor Application – Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Download the Oti App

Get the app “Oti - On The Interchange” on your phone:

Step 2: Create a Business Account

Open the Oti app and sign up for a business account using Google or Apple.

Step 3: Complete Your Vendor Profile

  • Fill out your vendor profile carefully. This information will represent your stall at MavMarket.
  • Pictures: Upload up to 4 images you want displayed for your stall on the Oti app.
  • Popup Name: The official name of your stall at MavMarket.
  • Popup Description: A short description of what your stall offers.
  • Category: Choose the category that best fits your stall.
  • Tags: Add up to 3 keywords that describe your stall.
  • Social Accounts: Link your Instagram or Facebook business page.

Step 4: Save Your Profile

Make sure everything is correct before moving on.

Step 5: Visit the MavMarket Page

Go to your Oti account → click Join Event → enter the code: LQV81HD

Step 6: Complete your MavMarket Application!

  • Email Address: Use your UTA email (@mavs.uta.edu or @uta.edu).
  • UTA Status: Confirm whether you are a UTA student, faculty, staff, or alum.
  • Electricity: Check the box if your table will require electricity.
  • Canopy: Check the box if you plan to bring your own canopy.
  • MarketMatch: MarketMatch analyzes your products and provides feedback after MavMarket. To participate, tick the box to consent to sharing your product images (the 4 images you uploaded to your vendor profile). MarketMatch is not operated by MavMarket.
  • Additional Information: Enter your full name, UTA ID, phone number, and how long your business has been operating.
  • Special Requests: Use this box for any extra details or special requirements.

Step 7: Submit your MavMarket Application!

Please make sure you read through our MavMarket vendor rules (the Terms of Service) completely!

You have now submitted your application to be a Fall 2025 MavMarket Vendor! Vendor approval notifications will be sent on Thursday, September 25.

The application requires a $10 fee plus a $10 refundable deposit, for a total of $20.
