We do have a limited number of vendors this time, so please apply early and ensure
your application is complete!

Important Dates:

• Applications close: Thursday, Sept. 25
• Approvals by: Tuesday, Sept. 30
• Payment deadline: Friday, Oct 10

Approval Guidelines:

• Complete profile information
• Provide clear images & descriptions
• Include social media or website links

Vendor Guidelines:

Dos

• Clearly display pricing & product descriptions
• Maintain professionalism & respectful interactions
• Keep table space clean and organized
• Promote ethically and respectfully
• Bring a long extension cord for electricity
• Follow check-in process & arrive on time

Don’ts

• No prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, weapons, copyrighted materials)
• No misleading customers or false advertising
• No unauthorized raffles or gambling
• No obstructing pathways or disturbing neighbors
• No disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• No false claims of MavMarket/UTA endorsement

Logistics:

Check-In

• First-come-first-serve at 9:00 AM (no setup earlier)
• Get table number and badge at check-in table
• Reserved tables for food vendors, electricity tables and canopy tables

Peak Hours

• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Expect heavy foot traffic
• Plan inventory & promotions accordingly

Check-Out

• Submit feedback form
• Return area clean
• Receive $10 deposit refund
