Mavs Stand Up

Mavs Stand Up empowers individuals to take safe, effective action when they witness harmful behavior—whether it's bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence. We are partnering with GreenDot to provide a thorough, research-based, and impactful training to students, faculty and staff in the UTA community. Through interactive workshops, real-life scenarios, and practical intervention tools, this initiative builds the confidence and skills needed to intervene, support those affected, and create a culture of respect and accountability. Together, we can shift from silence to solidarity—and make our communities safer for everyone.
