Info Sessions

All new incoming CAP students should attend an information session to learn about the program and its requirements. These sessions will happen after a student completes their CAP agreements and is admitted to UTA, and before they attend orientation in June. Dates will populate in early March and can be found on the CAP advisor's Booking link.

Info sessions will go over CAP requirements, enrollment requirements, approved coursework, and provide next steps for students in the CAP journey. Follow-up information will be sent out to students who attend a session.

To register, students will need the following. Please choose the appointment labeled UT CAP Virtual Information Session.

• Their 10-digit student ID number from UTA
• UTA student email
• Major of Interest

Current students should book an individual advising appointment each semester with the CAP advisor to go over their process, courses, and questions.
