Artificial intelligence is rapidly shaping how we teach, learn, and assess—and CRTLE is here to help faculty engage with AI thoughtfully, ethically, and practically.
This spring, CRTLE is offering a series of AI‑focused workshops, institutes, and test‑kitchen experiences designed to support faculty at every stage—from those just beginning to explore AI tools to those ready to redesign courses and assignments with AI in mind. Our programming emphasizes pedagogical purpose over hype, grounding AI use in disciplinary contexts, student learning outcomes, and academic integrity.
In addition to CRTLE‑hosted events, this page also highlights related AI programming and communities across campus and beyond. This includes ongoing initiatives such as Pondering AI, the OIT AI Community of Practice, and select external opportunities (e.g., EDUCAUSE webinars and national conversations). Together, these offerings provide multiple entry points for faculty to engage with AI—locally, collaboratively, and at scale.
