WELLNESS COACHING

The Office of Health Promotion offers both in-person and virtual wellness coaching sessions to engage and empower UTA students to make positive changes and choose healthy behaviors. You can request a wellness coaching session using this online form: https://forms.office.com/r/f5JR7Bq2VZ.

Condom Closet Visit

 (In-Person, 15 Minutes) This is not an HIV or STI testing appointment. Students can stop by the Office of Health Promotion for internal and external condoms, dental dams, finger cots, and lube free-of-charge.

Sexual Health

This is not an HIV or STI testing appointment, but a confidential space where you can ask questions and have an open conversation about your sexual and reproductive health. Whether you're curious about proper condom use, STI prevention, birth control options, or other sexual health topic(s), this session is designed to provide you with accurate information and practical guidance that will empower you to make choices that support your well-being.

Personal Wellness Goals

After completing a personal wellness assessment, you will discover which dimension(s) of wellness may benefit from more intentional focus. With those insights, you will develop realistic and achievable wellness goals, complete with actionable steps and timelines. You will also be introduced to campus resources that can support your journey. Whether you are looking to improve balance, build healthy habits, or simply check in with yourself, this session provides a personalized and supportive starting point.

Stress Less

You will learn about the impact that prolonged or unmanaged stress can have on your overall health and well-being. You’ll also gain practical tools by identifying healthy, effective strategies to reduce stress and stay grounded during challenging moment and learn about campus resources available to support you when life feels overwhelming.

Time Management Skill Building

You will start by completing an hourly schedule to visualize how you are spending your time each day. Then, we will discuss practical strategies for setting priorities, managing distractions, and building a more balanced routine. By the end of the session, you will have tools to use your time more intentionally, boost your productivity, and create space for what's important to you.

Period Products

UTA Health Services provides emergency period products for students that menstruate. Free period products are available in over 70 locations on campus.
