You will learn about the impact that prolonged or unmanaged stress can have on your overall health and well-being. You’ll also gain practical tools by identifying healthy, effective strategies to reduce stress and stay grounded during challenging moment and learn about campus resources available to support you when life feels overwhelming.
You will start by completing an hourly schedule to visualize how you are spending your time each day. Then, we will discuss practical strategies for setting priorities, managing distractions, and building a more balanced routine. By the end of the session, you will have tools to use your time more intentionally, boost your productivity, and create space for what's important to you.
UTA Health Services provides emergency period products for students that menstruate. Free period products are available in over 70 locations on campus.
