Cycle* - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. Limit to 12 participants. 

Fit Roulette - a 50-minute mystery workout where the only thing you can expect is the unexpected! From yoga to strength, line dancing to step to the beat, each week brings a new surprise to keep your body guessing and your fitness fun. Come with an open mind and leave with a great sweat.
  
Pilates -The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement. This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  
  
Pumped Up Strength - is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.  

Resistance Training* - this dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized. 

Strength Training - A great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone & strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished. 

Yoga - This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.
 

MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
