Students who have been charged the Excessive Hours tuition and/or Repeat (3-Peat) Tuition and feel there are extenuating circumstances may appeal to have these charges waived.
Complete the Student Accounts Appeal Form and provide supporting documentation of extenuating circumstances (i.e., doctor’s statement, copy of death certificate, etc.).
The completed Appeal form and supporting documentation must be submitted no later than the deadline shown below:

Appeals apply only to the current term and must be resubmitted each term if applicable. A single form submission is needed for Excessive Hours Tuition charges, Repeat (3-Peat) Tuition charges, and/or Waiver Appeal. All decisions made by the Appeal Committee are final.
Note: This appeal process is not for students who want to appeal their excessive hour count. If you believe your excessive hour count is incorrect, please visit the Office of Registrar.
