At Girl Scouts, girls unleash her inner G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™!

How? Through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience—a collection of engaging, challenging, and fun activities like earning badges, going on awesome trips, selling cookies, exploring science, getting outdoors, and doing community service projects.

Girls lead her own adventure (it’s her world!) and team up with other girls in an all-girl environment to choose the exciting, hands-on activities that interest her most. Along the way, she’ll gain important skills in four areas that form the foundation of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience:

  • Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)
  • Outdoors
  • Life Skills
  • Entrepreneurship

The Result? A Lifetime of Leadership!

In fact, being a Girl Scout helps girls thrive in five key ways. As a Girl Scout, she:

  • Develops a strong sense of self
  • Displays positive values
  • Seeks challenges and learns from setbacks
  • Forms and maintains healthy relationships
  • Learns to identify and solve problems in her community

Volunteer for Girl Scouts. Help girls become the very best they can be.

Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth is launching our first every Goodwill Ambassador program. The Goodwill Campus Ambassador Program is a marketing volunteer program for students that are college sophomores and juniors at Universities in the Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth territory. The program is meant to provide them with an opportunity to work on their professional development skills, increase their campus involvement, gain marketing experience, and receive early exposure on how to become competitive in the non-profit and environmental sustainability sectors.

Ambassadors would promote Goodwill events on their campus and help with small and large scale events.

There will be a orientation in August and the program runs August through December. It will run again in the spring from January to May. We are looking for volunteers who are Sophomores or Juniors who are able to serve for one academic semester or year.
