Degree Plans

Art and Art History offers three undergraduate degree programs for students:

Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Art

A four-year program in studio art that offers the opportunity for concentrated study in Art Education, Cinematic Arts, Clay, Drawing, Glass, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, or Visual Communication Design. We also have Plan Approval from our national accreditors National Association of Schools of Art and Design for a BFA in Art with a concentration in Interactive Media. The Art Education area of study also involves teacher certification.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art

A four-year degree program that balances advanced studio classes with an academic course of exploration in a minor program. The B.A. in Art offers the opportunity for concentrated study in Clay, Drawing, Cinematic Arts, Glass, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, or Design.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History

A four-year program which guides students through the historical study of art and professional art history methodologies and requires a minor program of study to accompany their advanced Art History coursework.
