Overview

The Talent Acquisition team provides UTA departments with recruitment and hiring assistance for all staff positions, including guiding the recruitment processes, helping build robust candidate pools, and ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and new employees. Our recruitment efforts are powered by the PeopleAdmin Applicant Tracking System, which serves as the cornerstone of managing position postings, capturing candidates applications and resumes, and onboarding across UTA.

• Faculty positions are coordinated and managed by Academic Human Resources.
• Student positions are coordinated and managed by Student Employment.
