UEP Administrative Units Submission Deadlines

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Reporting reminds all administrative units of two critical upcoming deadlines for Unit Effectiveness Process (UEP) submissions.

The deadline to submit all administrative units' UEP results for AY 24-25 and plan changes for AY 25-26 is approaching - September 2, 2025 (firm deadline).

The deadline to submit all administrative units' Improvement Reports for AY 24-25 is September 12, 2025 (firm deadline).

Already submitted? Thank you! We will review your entries and get back to you.

If not, here is what you need to do:

Submit Your Results

1. Enter your results for AY 24-25 directly in Nuventive (log in using your UTA credentials)
2. Once entered, notify us using the UEP Results Form

Submit Your Plans

• Notify us of your desired edits to the UEP plan for use in AY 25-26 using the UEP Plan Submission Form

Submit Improvement Reports

• Notify us of your submission using the Improvement Report Submission Form

Important Reminder

Reassessment using the same outcome formulation, methodology, and criteria for success (CFS) is allowed for three cycles only (provided outcomes were achieved). After that, changes are required.
