Faculty Engagement Day (FED) 2025

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Reporting (IER) successfully conducted its second annual Faculty Engagement Day on July 17, 2025, bringing together faculty members from diverse departments and colleges across the University of Texas at Arlington.

The event provided faculty with an opportunity to engage directly with critical institutional data, including core assessment results, National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) findings, and exit interview data. Faculty participants worked in cross-disciplinary teams throughout the day, examining trends and developing evidence-based recommendations for enhancing student success.

The comprehensive report containing these recommendations, currently being prepared by IER, will be presented to the faculty advisory body this fall.
