The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Reporting reminds all academic units of two critical upcoming deadlines for Unit Effectiveness Process (UEP) submissions.

What You Need to Submit:

UEP Results for AY 24-25

• Enter your results directly in Nuventive (log in using your UTA credentials)
• Complete the UEP Results Form to notify us of your submission

UEP Plans for AY 25-26

Submit any desired edits to your UEP plan using the UEP Plan Submission Form

Critical Reminders:

• This is a firm deadline - submissions received after July 1 will be considered late
• Reassessment using the same outcome formulation, methodology, and criteria for success is permitted for three cycles only (provided outcomes were achieved)
• After three cycles with the same approach, changes to your assessment plan are required
