The UTA College of Engineering Career Fairs are vibrant events that connect skilled engineering students with top employers offering full-time, internship, and co-op positions. The fairs are an ideal opportunity for students to explore career options, expand professional networks, and take confident steps toward a bright future.

Coops and Internships

Co-ops and internships give students hands-on experience in their chosen fields. Working with local employers, the College of Engineering helps students secure part-time roles during semesters or full-time positions at select times, enabling them to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings and jump-start their careers.

Engineering Career Readiness Team

Our Engineering Career Readiness Team works with students to prepare them for employment opportunities following graduation. We also offer initiatives that cater to students' long-term career success. The overarching goal of career readiness initiatives is to prepare students to lead in their chosen engineering career path. One-on-one career coaching is available to students along with a host of employment and career readiness programs, services, and resources.
