From the moment I began my journey at UTA, I immediately sensed a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that stood out from previous work environments. The positivity, support, and camaraderie within the Budget Office where I started, and in my current position, create an environment where I feel valued and encouraged. This sense of belonging is something I had not encountered elsewhere.

One of the most exciting aspects of working at UTA is witnessing the University's ongoing transformation. From new buildings and centers to the growing energy of student engagement, it’s both inspiring and fulfilling to be part of such a dynamic and evolving community.

My professional development at UTA has been deeply influenced by consistent mentorship and support from leadership—those who have retired and those who continue to lead with excellence. The knowledge and skills I’ve gained here are invaluable, and I am grateful for the guidance I’ve received. My ongoing goal is to build lasting relationships, create meaningful memories, and leave a positive legacy that will inspire future generations who come through this campus.
