Eusebius Small

Eusebius SmallDr. Small is a full, tenured Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and a distinguished Fulbright scholar, recognized internationally for his contributions to HIV epidemiology, prevention, and implementation. His research focuses on the cultural, behavioral, and social factors that influence the spread and management of disease. Through a cultural lens, he designs impactful interventions that address the intersectionality of identities such as gender, age, race, and stigma, all which shape life outcomes. Dr. Small also investigates the connection between substance use and sexual behaviors among young people living with HIV/AIDS. In collaboration with international and local organizations, he is dedicated to advancing HIV/AIDS care and research.
