Program Overview

Learn what to expect and what the program offers.

Students are required to complete a graduate certificate program (9-15 hours), combined with additional coursework in one or more other disciplines. There is also an option to obtain a second certificate. Students will work with the program’s graduate advisor to select the graduate certificate and additional coursework.

With individualized pathways for reskilling and upskilling, the MMS is designed for students to build upon their prior education and combine learning experiences that are not provided by graduate degrees in a single field of study.

Career Resources

Let our Career Development Center prepare you for lifelong success. Explore opportunities that enhance your professional journey like the annual All Majors Job and Internship Fair and a mentorship program that connects students with alumni and employers.

Built-In Flexibility

If you can’t find a master’s degree program that fits your goals, the MMS is your chance to build your own degree that is tailored to your interests and your timeline. Consult with a graduate advisor to identify courses and certificate programs that are right for you and your career.
